Renewals

Jayson Pohl

Renewal forms have been mailed out to all members in good standing from last season and I have already received several renewals by mail & email and they continue to come in everyday.

For those renewing, your new membership cards & lock code letters will be going out shortly. The current code will remain in effect until April 30th, 2015 at which time the lock code will be changed to the new number for the remainder of 2015.

For those new members joining for the first time, I will be sending you out information soon regarding your safety tour & orientation required before you begin flinging arrows.

Finally, I had a few "technical difficulties" with my Durham Archers email list this week and I was forced to restore and repair as best I could...Some of you identified that you did not wish to receive emails as you were not rejoining the club. If this is the case, and you are receiving this email, please let me know and I will remove you from the revised list.

We hope you all had an enjoyable holiday season and your 2015 is off to a great start!

North & South Gate are now Locked!!!

Jayson Pohl

In light of our recent snow, we have locked both North & South gates to the club preventing vehicle access. For those new to the club, this is something we do annually when the Executive feels it is to dangerous for members to attempt to drive into the club. The winter course is still available to shoot...This is done by parking on Wilson Road out front of the North gate and walking into the club. Thank you for your co-operation. Regards, Durham Archers Executive
