We are very happy to announce that we have reached a verbal agreement with the owner of the property. We are now completing the agreement and should have it all finalized in the coming weeks.

Located within Durham, the property is located at 35/115 and 4th Concession. We realize that this is a bit further than our old home, but it is much easier to to get to and it has some distinct advantages.

Memberships

Thank you for the response to my recent email. We are very excited by the positive feedback that you have given us.

Regarding the 2019 memberships the executive have come up with what we believe is an ideal plan for our transition. To recognize the membership and to thank everyone for their support we will be retaining the current cost structure for our returning members. Once we finalize the property we will be issuing renewals as per the following schedule.

2019 Renewals

• 125.00 Single
• 150.00 Family
• 80.00 Youth

Work Requirement for 2019 Only will be 12 hrs (Family is 12 hrs total) or 100.00 if you are unable to do the work hours.

The increase in hours for 2019 is to help us get the property into shape, it will roll back to 8 hrs for 2020.

2019 New Memberships

• 175.00 Single
• 200.00 Family
• 100.00 Youth
